The agent will not start

Platform capacity, not your account. The seat is paid for and stays yours, and retrying costs nothing. Agents that are waiting start on their own when room appears, and you get a notification.
The agent’s config file was rejected at startup. Open Config and look at what the agent said about it. This is the class you can fix yourself.
The version could not be started, or it started and died. Try a redeploy first. If it repeats, the notice carries a support action with the detail already filled in.

It is running but says nothing

Check these in order:
  1. Does it have anything to spend? The Balance panel says “Nothing to spend” when it does not. An agent with nothing to spend runs and stays quiet.
  2. Is it paused by a guardrail? The dashboard alert names which one. See Budgets and guardrails.
  3. Is the model key still valid? If you supplied your own, the agent reports an invalid key rather than a wrong answer.
  4. Read the logs. Logs is what the process is actually saying.

Buttons are disabled

All four have the reason written next to them rather than hidden in a tooltip.

A config change will not save

A payment is unclear

The billing page distinguishes five states, and the one to read carefully is “We could not confirm this payment yet.” It means the provider was not reachable — not that the payment failed. Nothing has been added to your balance; if money left your account, contact support and it will be traced. A crypto payment showing confirming is normal and takes minutes.

Billing data will not load

The page says “Some billing data could not be loaded. Balances shown may be incomplete” rather than showing partial figures as if they were the total. Reload before acting on a number.

Automatic top-up is on but not running

The panel says so directly. It means the scheduled job has not run recently, not that your card failed. Top up manually if the balance is low — the condition is already visible on our side.
