Automatic top-up watches your balance. When it falls below a threshold, the platform charges the card on file for enough to cover the next month of hosting.

Turning it on

You need a card saved first — Payment method on the Billing page.
Saving a card charges nothing. It exists to top up the balance; hosting and AI credit are always paid from the balance, never billed to the card directly.
Then switch on Top up automatically. The threshold is shown on the switch, and the platform offers to enable it at the moment it would first have helped.

What it charges

Enough to cover the next month of hosting — not a fixed bundle. The point is to keep agents running rather than to reach a round number.

When it is on but not running

There is a state worth knowing about, and the panel names it rather than hiding it:
“The switch is on, but the job that tops up your balance has not run recently. Your balance will not be topped up automatically until it does.”
That is the platform telling you its own scheduled job is not healthy. Top up manually if the balance is getting low. It is not something you need to report — it is already visible on our side.

Turning it off

The same switch. Nothing else changes: your card stays saved, and your balance stays where it is. Agents will then stop thinking when the balance runs out, and you will get the low-balance alert before they do.

Removing the card

Remove on the payment method card. Automatic top-up cannot work without one and stops with it.
