Request Withdrawal, in one of three forms:
Crypto and PayPal withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid. Converting to
credits is not — it lands on your balance as soon as you confirm.
A refunded purchase reduces the commission that was credited for it. The
balance shown on Rewards is what is available after that adjustment.
