On the Billing page, under Have a promo
code?. Enter it and press Apply — the credit lands on your account balance
immediately and the confirmation states the amount.
A code can also be entered at registration, in the Referral / Promo Code
field.
A promo code credits your balance. A referral code links two accounts:
the person who referred you and you, and both are credited once you create your
first agent.
A referral code is entered at registration only — there is no field for it
afterwards. A promo code can be applied at any time.
Creators in the creator programme have a personal
promo code that acts as both: it credits the person using it and attributes the
