A seat is the right to run one agent. A plan is a number of seats billed together, and adding a seat widens the plan you have rather than starting a second one.

Buying

Pick the period, the number of agents, and whether AI credit is included. The ledger shows the per-agent price and the total before anything is charged. Prices come from the same table the checkout charges from, so the number you agree to is the number that appears on the card. Payment is by card, by crypto, or from your balance. A balance-funded subscription renews from the balance on its own date and warns you before it is short.

Adding seats

From Manage on the Billing page. Additional seats are prorated on the next invoice and are available immediately — you can create the agent straight away. Adding a seat from the new-agent screen does the same thing, and returns you to the agent you were creating.

Removing seats

Reducing the seat count is prorated on the next invoice and frees the seats immediately.
If you have more agents than the target seat count, the platform asks you to choose which agents to remove. Those agents are stopped and their balance is reclaimed to your account. It is stated on the confirmation, and it is the step people skip.

Cancelling

Cancelling keeps the subscription active until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing stops on the day you press it. A cancelled subscription can be reactivated before the period ends, and it resumes auto-renewal from there.

Over capacity

If more agents are running than the plan has seats for — after a downgrade, or a failed renewal — the platform pauses the excess rather than choosing silently, and notifies you. Add seats or delete an agent, and the rest resume.

Seeing what you are on

The Billing page lists every active subscription with its seats used and total, per-seat rate, included AI credit, and the renewal date. An agent’s own page carries the same line for its seat: what pays for it, and when that renews.
