Two ways in

Register at privateclawd.com/register. The password must be at least 8 characters.You can verify your email address later from Account settings. Verification is not a gate on creating an agent.
An account created with Google has no password, and the sign-in form says so rather than reporting wrong credentials: “This account was created with Google.” Use the Google button, or set a password first.

Referral and promo codes

The registration form has a Referral / Promo Code field. A referral code credits both accounts once you create your first agent; a promo code credits yours when it is applied. Either can also be entered later — a promo code from Billing, a referral code only at registration.

Two-factor authentication

Set it up from Security with any authenticator app. After that, signing in asks for a six-digit code, and a set of one-time backup codes is issued at setup.
Backup codes are shown once. Each one works a single time. Save them somewhere that is not the device running the authenticator.

Signing in fails

Forgotten passwords are reset from the reset form. The reply is the same whether or not the address has an account, and the link is single-use.
