Telegram Hub is a single bot, run by the platform, through which you talk to any of your agents. It is the one channel configured on this side rather than inside the agent — it links a Telegram account to a PrivateClawd account, which no individual agent can do.

Connecting

1

Generate an invite link

Open Telegram Hub in the panel and press Connect Telegram.
2

Open it in Telegram and press Start

The link opens the bot. Pressing Start completes the link.
3

Choose the active agent

Either in the panel or with /agents in the bot. Messages you send go to whichever agent is active.
The link is one Telegram account to one PrivateClawd account, both ways. To move it, disconnect from the panel first — the bot will otherwise say the account is already linked elsewhere.

In the bot

With an agent selected, you type normally and it answers. The agent list has inline Start and Stop buttons, so an agent that is stopped can be brought up without opening the panel — starting takes a couple of minutes, and the bot tells you when it is ready.

Sending files

Documents, photos, audio, video and voice messages are all accepted and land in the agent’s workspace. Two limits are Telegram’s own rather than ours:
  • a bot can download files up to 20 MB
  • voice messages are transcribed, which needs a transcription key configured on the platform; without it the bot says so instead of failing silently

When the bot answers with a warning

Disconnecting

Disconnect in the panel unlinks the Telegram account. Your agents and their conversations are untouched; only the route into them from Telegram is removed. You can reconnect with a new invite link at any time.
